I will miss Lloyd’s wicked sense of humour and courage in the face of his illness, but most of all, I will remember that Lloyd was forever kind. If we could all be like that, the world would be a better place. Thank you, Lloyd, for being my friend in service to others.

My fondest memory of Lloyd will remain one of cottaging in Muskoka with the family when I was 15. A really fun dinner with lots of laughter and then we went water skiing. Or shall I say, Lloyd went water skiing. Barefoot waterskiing as only a professional could! So began my teenage crush on Lloyd. Tina being the awesome friend she is, thought it was so hilarious. Lloyd was one of the really good guys. My you rest in peace Lloyd. You will be dearly missed.
