Lisa Lai-Kwai Lo 羅李麗桂女士 靈右
December 1, 1932 - September 15, 2023
In the morning of September 15, 2023, Lisa passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving husband of 70 years, Jim Yuet-Chun Lo, and their children.
Lisa cherished her close-knit family and held it together with her love and guidance. She was warm and gregarious, as well as smart and determined.
Lisa was born in Taishan, China and was far ahead of her time, attending Wu Han University and graduating with a degree in Statistics.
She married Jim and left China for Hong Kong. With 4 children in tow, the entire family moved to Canada in 1965.
She was the driving force in raising 4 successful children, and when the youngest was old enough, she started working full time to help support the family.
After retirement, she and Jim spent almost 4 delightful decades travelling the world, being snowbirds in the winter, and spending much of their time at their beautiful family cottage on Georgian Bay that they built in 1986.
We who are left behind are profoundly sad, proud and grateful. Sad that our best role model is no longer with us; grateful that she inspired us to be the best version of ourselves; and immensely proud to be part of this incredible woman’s legacy.
Lisa is survived by her beloved husband of 70 years, Jim Y-C Lo, her three younger brothers, a younger sister, her four children and their spouses, and eight grand children.

2023 年 9 月 15 日上午，羅李麗桂女士（Lisa Lo) 在相愛 70 年的丈夫羅悦俊先生(Jim Lo) 和他們的孩子們陪伴下安詳地離世。享年90歲。
Lisa 非常珍惜她親密的家庭。她以愛去引導她的兒女去維繫整個家庭和睦在一起。她聰慧, 溫柔，堅強。她對兒孫愛護，對親友熱情。
Lisa 出生於中國廣東台山。在那年代是一個前衞先進的女性，就讀於武漢大學並獲得統計學學位。她和她的先生一生都重視兒孫們的教育，有幸在他們的薰陶下，兒孫們都學有所成。
Lisa 和Jim 在1953 年結婚。後來從中國前往香港。在 1965 年，全家帶著 4 個孩子移民到了加拿大。
Lisa是培養4 個優秀孩子的推動力。她持家有道，擔起賢妻良母的責任。當最小的孩子年紀較長時，她開始全職工作來幫補家計. Lisa 自學英文去投考政府公作並成功地獲取錄。她的工作表現屢獲上司贊賞。
退休後, Lisa 和 Jim 愉快的度過了接近四十年的退休生活。他們環遊世界。在冬天成為雪鳥去美國南部，其餘大部分時間就在他們於1986 年建造在喬治亞灣美麗的渡假屋中度過。他們享受渡假屋附近的平靜和湖光山色。在那裡和家人親友一起共渡了很多美好的時光。Lisa生前曾説她最懷念在那裡和兒孫一起的美麗回憶。我們也會一直珍惜那些珍貴的點滴。
Lisa 的此刻離去令尚在人間的我們深感悲痛。然而, 我們也感激她, 更以她為傲。 我們感謝她激勵我們成為最好的自己；遺憾的是我們生命裡最好的榜樣己無奈遠去。我們都以作為這位卓越女性的兒孫而深感自豪。
Lisa, 羅李麗桂, 音容永在, 淑德長流。她身後留下了深愛的, 與她相戀相知 70 年的丈夫 Jim Lo, 羅悦俊、她的三個弟弟、一個妹妹、她的四個孩子及其配偶，以及八個孫子。
