In memory of

Lipscombe Leonard Joseph

March 10, 1922 -  November 5, 2018

It is with Great Sorrow that I announce my father, Leonard Joseph Lipscombe. Born in Bath, England on March 10th 1922, passed away in his sleep approx. 7:30am on November 5, 2018.
My Dad was such a kind gentle man, the social-butterfly of the family, quick to smile , quick to say " top of the morning" and quick to draw attention with his British Charm and dry sense of humour. He served in WW11 as a Radio Communications Officer for Reconnaissance Planes as an Allied Veteran to Canada and served most of his time in Mumbai ( formerly Bombay).
My Mom passed away July 20th 2003, My dad is survived by myself, my children: Caeley and Savannah, my Fiance' Sheila and her children: Ayla and Maya and numerous other family members in Ontario and spread throughout Europe.
Please take a moment of your day on November 11th to say goodbye to my Dad: another Veteran who fought for what we have today....
Dad, go be with Mom and your siblings. Love Pat, Sheila and all of your family!
In memory of Leonard, donations in his memory may be made to the Sunnybrook Flag Program at sunnybrook.ca/foundation/raiseaflag
