OBITUARY
LINO C. CELAJES
(05 September 1961 – 31 May 2021)

A loving and devoted husband to Arlene Geolingo – Celajes.
A caring and loving son to Anastacio (+) and Florentina.
An affectionate brother to Salvio (+),Celso, Edith, Emma, Nilo, Ike and Anastacio (Tacs).
A committed and loyal friend to many.
Faithful to God.

A man of character and integrity, Lino lived-well his life for God, for his Wife, Family and Others. He never failed to reach out to those whom his life revolved, whether they were near or far. His kind words which spoke about the nature of his heart, and his effervescent smile that described his lively personality were traits that endeared him to everyone.

As a public servant (Municipal Councilor) way back in the mid-80s to early 90s in his home town in Calinog, Iloilo, Philippines, he never lost an election. He was incorruptible, man of the masses who shared unselfishly his time and personal resources to meet the needs of his needy constituents. Together with his beloved Wife, Arlene, they established a local scholarship program which sent hundreds of financially burdened young men and women, who were academically adept, to Colleges and Universities, all of whom are now successful in their fields of endeavor.

Lino lived a wonderful life. He will be missed.
