Dear Tim and Family,

I am very sorry to hear about the passing away of your mom. Please let me know whether there is anything I can do to help during this difficult time.

I will always remember the kindness and gentleness of auntie Linda. We have chatted a lot during my stay at your house a while back. She has always shared with me her experience and views and it is very nice talking to her.

I regret my inability to attend the funeral service. However, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
