In memory of

Linda Gale Cvijovic

August 30, 1951 -  April 13, 2022

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Linda Gale Cvijovic. She passed away at Ian Anderson House peacefully surrounded by her family. She leaves behind her husband Slobodan (Bob), her sons Daryll, Darien and Danilo, daughters in law Helen and Laura, her pride and joy grandchildren Mia, Milina, Layla, Liliana and Lucy, brothers Micheal (Carol) and Nicholas. She will be greatly missed by her extended family and many dearest friends.

Our Angel Linda will be remembered for her great love for her family, friends and beloved furry companions never forgetting the birthdays and special events of those she cared for. She never missed an opportunity to gather her friends and family as she loved to create an atmosphere of love and togetherness. She was a amazing cook and took great pride in her entertaining skills and holiday meals. She most enjoyed spending time and playing with her beautiful grandchildren. Linda was a person with great passion and attention to detail that showed in her everyday actions putting the needs of others always first, doing things her way with commitment, care and from the bottom of her heart.

She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her and will never be forgotten and forever present in our hearts. A Guardian Angel to all.

Celebration of life service will take place on Saturday May 7, 2022 at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 1535 South Gateway Road, Mississauga, ON. The visitation, service and reception will commence at 11:00am.

The family sends a special thank you to the staff and volunteers at the Ian Anderson House Hospice.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Linda’s honour can be made to the Ian Anderson House.

Momma C was in a league unto her own! Never forgotten are words we hear and say when someone passes but they are so true when it comes to Momma C. You are missed, loved and will truly never be forgotten. Thank you for being you and I’m so sorry I never got the chance to say goodbye in person. Love you Momma

Deepest Condolences to the Cvijovic Clan from the entire Melchior Family

Linda loved her family. During this difficult period, may memories of the many happy times spent together provide comfort. May Linda now rest without pain knowing she was the matriarch who created a beautiful family

Peace.
