In memory of

Leslie Susan Middleton (nee McCullough)

August 16, 1958 -  January 21, 2024

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Leslie Middleton, at the age of 65. Beloved wife of Tom for 37 years. Cherished mother of Stephanie (Chris), and Jeanine (Anthony); and predeceased by son, Christopher (1996). She found immense joy in being "Grammy" to Hazel, Alexander, and Emerson; and adored her step-grandchildren, Ciaran and Brendan.

Leslie proudly became an RPN in 2009 and found her passion in caring for the elderly. She loved living in the Beaches, cottaging, and her many golden retrievers over the years. She will be remembered as a deeply warm, thoughtful, and free spirit. She was the first to get up on the dance floor, sang loudly in the car to rock and roll, and loved hosting cozy holiday dinners.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in her memory to the Hospital for Sick Children or Michael Garron Hospital. Visitation will take place at Elgin Mills Cemetery, 1591 Elgin Mills Rd. E., Richmond Hill, on Friday, January 26th, at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Chapel Service at 10:45 a.m. All are welcome. A private interment will be held for immediate family following the Chapel Service.
