In memory of

Leona Fraites

January 29, 1948 -  December 21, 2023

Leona Fraites is a beacon of kindness and compassion with the unique ability to touch the lives of who ever she encountered. Her selfless attitude and friendly demeanor of putting others first has always been her mandate even in her choice of profession, spending her career as a well-respected nurse. May her legacy of caring continue to inspire us.

Leona will be missed her daughter Donna Fraites, daughter-in-law Martha Anapliotis, her brother Leo Lewis, sister Patricia Evans and her many family and friends. Leona will always be loved and remain in our hearts. We take comfort in knowing Leona is now in the arms of her Savior and Lord and reunited with her husband Vincent Fraites and son Kelvin Fraites.

Dear Sister Leona. I'm so saddened by your passing. Just a few short months ago we were together at Brother Vincent's homegoing service. Later, we saw each other at church on Sundays and you were playfully greeting my little son. Thank you for the love and support you have shown to me throughout the years at Rosewood Church of the Nazarene. I love and will miss you. Praying for you, Donna at this difficult time.

Sister Leona was a wonderful, loving, caring & oh so pleasant sister in Christ 🙏🏼
She always had a beautiful smile & warm hug to greet you, no matter how she was feeling or what difficulties she herself was experiencing ❤️
A true blessing to me & my Mom Lena whom Sister Leona oftentimes visited when she was alive while in a nursing home💜
Sister Leona is now at peace 🌹
Dear Donna, we continue to pray for you & your family. May the good Lord comfort you in these difficult times 💚
