Lennox Earl Blackman

April 17, 1945 -  June 24, 2025

Long time resident of Oshawa, and formerly of Earl’s Court, Pilgrim Road in Barbados, Lennox Earl Blackman entered into peaceful rest on Tuesday, June 24th, 2025.

He transitioned knowing that he was safe in the loving care of his devoted daughter Sonya and son Christopher, his dutiful son-in-law Ryan, his adoring grandchildren Andrew and Simon and most of all, the love of his life – his wife Eusaleen, who had almost never left his bedside caring for him during his time at his daughter’s residence.

Predeceased by his parents Piercy and Evelyn Blackman and beloved daughter Andrea.
Brother of Basil(Muriel), Pearson(Thelma), Trevor(Ann), and the late Wilma(William) Dixon, Collis(Enid) and Ryan (Maria) Blackman.

Brother-in-law of Cheslyn (Ernest) and Erwin(Denise) Drayton and the late Kerin(Victor) Hinds.
Lionel (Velda) Shockness, and the late Fred Hall.

Uncle, cousin, relative, friend and father figure of many.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St.George’s Memorial Church in Oshawa to assist with their church organ restoration project.

I had the privilege of knowing Lennox through his daughter Sonya. He was a kind man; every time I saw him, he was smiling. Even now, as I look at his picture, I can see him standing beside my desk with a big grin on his face. He loved his daughter so much, and the support he showed her was heartwarming.
