In memory of

William King Fam Lee

October 21, 1950 -  January 1, 2024

William was born in Rawalpindi, Pakistan as the eldest of five children to loving parents, Lee Ching and Chong Tow Wen. William died in hospital, peacefully after a 2-month long struggle. He was 73 and is survived by his two sons, Alfred and Bryan.

A loving father and widely respected for his optimism and joyful demeanor. Always carried a positive mental attitude, kind and caring towards others, and always made sure the needs of others were taken care of.

Enjoyed a meaningful career in the restaurant business overseas as well as in Canada. He would fondly recall various stories and people that he experienced and met over the years, developing interesting tales for story-time as well as meaningful and long-lasting friendships.

He loved having a good time with family and friends, sharing stories and reminiscing about old times. He was an avid organizer and true DIY-er at home. He also enjoyed spending time in the garden, growing cucumbers and tomatoes which he would always end up pickling with chilis. He enjoyed listening to bluegrass, country, and latin music. He liked watching various radio channels and news broadcasts in both English and French.

On behalf of the family, we thank you for the condolences, well-wishes and participation in William's life.
A celebration of life will occur at the details provided below.
