It is with heavy hearts that the family of Lam Chi Tran announces his peaceful passing on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at the age of 85 years at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.

Lam is survived by the following people including: his wife Ngu; his four children, Sonny, Patrick (Sally), Tanya (Ken) and Jody; his three grandchildren, Caitlin, Andrew, and Marissa.

Lam will be fondly remembered by many people including his two brothers, four sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A caring, generous and helpful personality, Lam will be truly missed by his family and many others whose lives he had touched in a positive manner through the time they had with him.

Due to the current pandemic and Ontario government restrictions, a private funeral service for a limited number of family members only, will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 18, 2021 at the Elgin Mills Cemetery Chapel, with an interment at Elgin Mills Cemetery in Richmond Hill.
