I just want to pass on my condolences to the entire family. I have very fond memories of OMA from when I was very young spending time at her house in Scarborough, going to Cedarbrae Mall and many family gatherings. 102 years old is stunning….she certainly had a long life.
Love James, Emma, Cole and Samantha
Rest in peace Mrs Diep. We have so many memories of you and Bert when we first met you, Guusje and Terry in Toronto, Canada in 1973. Dear Guusje and Terry were bound for NZ, we were too and we remained friends ever since. Such fun and happy times. My dear and very generous Mum used to love having Klaaske stay with her in her very humble little cottage in Torbay Auckland and they had some amazing chats.
Life is too short. Thinking of you Mrs Diep. x
So sorry to hear of her passing. She was a gracious lady, a wonderful wife, mother and oma. Condolences to all of her family.
A courageous woman who survived the Japanese occupation of the Dutch East Indies during WW11. Her determined personality brought her to Canada where she and her family flourished. We feel proud to have known such a person.
