It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kimberly Elizabeth Duffy (née Milne), age 61, passed away on December 24, 2025. Born on November 7, 1964, in Toronto, Ontario, Kimberly lived a life marked by kindness, generosity, and a deep commitment to those around her.
Kimberly was the beloved wife of Liam (Owen) Duffy. Married for 37 years, they shared a life filled with love, partnership, and quiet strength. She built a dedicated career in the financial sector, working as an administrator where her reliability, compassion, and steady professionalism made a lasting impact on colleagues and clients.
Outside of work, Kimberly found joy in travel and embraced every opportunity to explore new places. She also loved to knit, creating thoughtful handmade pieces that reflected her creativity and her giving nature. Those who knew her will remember her as a gentle, warm-hearted person who always made time for others.
Kimberly is survived by her father, Marvin Milne; her brothers, Brian (Butool) and Jason (Maureen); and her sister, Anne Milne. She is predeceased by her mother, Mary (née Wood), and her sister, Maureen (Brian).
She will be deeply missed by Liam’s large and loving family who held her close to their hearts and also, by her many nieces and nephews.
Cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held at The Simple Alternative Funeral Services on Saturday, January 3, at 10:00 a.m. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday evening from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., and again on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
