Kenneth Russell Meegan

February 18, 1955 -  September 4, 2023

Passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023 at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital at the age of 68. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and grandfather who will be dearly missed. He joins his dear late parents, Russell and Barbara and brother Russell (Rusty). He is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Myling Meegan, his daughter Kerry Meegan and son in-law Edward Ruiter, his sister Debbie Meegan-Gradeen, his sister’s in-law, Lan-Gwen and Amelia, and brother’s in-law, Eric and Richard. He was also the loving uncle to Derek and Ryan Gradeen, Joshua, Calvin, Victoria, Priscilla, Zachary, Daniel, and Kevin. Grandfather to Kyla, Connor, and Kaylem.
Family and friends will be received at Elgin Mills Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Centre, 1591 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill, to celebrate Kenneth’s’ life on Saturday, September 16 for Visitation at 9 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 9:30 a.m... A witnessing of cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, friends are encouraged to make a memorial donation to The Canadian Lung Association under Kenneth's name. Messages of condolences may be left under the ‘Guestbook’ tab.

Ken was a favourite of ours in our teenage days. That cool car... the Savoy Shuffle. That laugh that could be picked out in a crowd. He was very cool, but such a nice guy too. I know we all looked up to him, literally, but he was definately respected.
My condolences to you, Debbie and his family. May he rest in peace with his brother, Rusty.
