The first day I met you, I knew you are an amazing person. As the years goes by, I had an opportunity to share part of your warm, caring, loving personalities. You were a selfless person, humble and pleases everyone. You never want or need. You only give.

You have gone to a resting place but you will be missed dearly. My heartache and tears cannot bring you back but I will pray that you Rest In Peace. Our love and memories of you will remain in our heart. You are the sweetest man I have known. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to know you. Bless your soul.

As said in his biography, my dad would do anything for his family. I remember him getting up at 5:00 a.m. in the morning not to go to work but so that I and my friends could get a ride on Boxing Day to the stereo store to get the newest diamond tip stylus or to the record stores to get those great deals on vinyl. He would even stand out in the cold with us while we waited in line. He was equally dedicated to my sister when she took up horse back riding and jumping.

Remembrance
You can shed tears that he is gone,
or you can smile because he has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that he’ll come back,
or you can open your eyes and see all he has left.
Your heart can be empty because you can’t see him
or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him and only that he’s gone.
or you can cherish his memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back,
or you can do what he’d want:
Smile, Open Your Eyes, Love and Go on.
