I am a von nurse who was privileged and honoured to care for Ken when his primary nurse was not working He was always so kind and caring I don't think he had a mean bone in his body An inspiration to me Ken will be greatly missed but not forgotten Rest in peace my friend

I worked with Cheri during my preceptorship at the VON. Ken was one of my favourite patients. He gave me such confidence in using the hoyer lift, giving me step by step instructions. We would have great conversations and he could talk about any subject as he kept himself very well informed. I was very saddened by his passing but hope that he is in peace and free from any pain. RIP Ken.
