With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden and unexpected death of Hugh Ken McRae who left us on December 16, 2022 at the age of 66. Beloved brother to Gloria (predeceased by Robert) Pacek, Mary Lou (Jerry) Yeo, Agnes (Rolland) Pelletier, and Mike (Diane) McRae. Loving uncle to Ray (Michelle) Pacek, Darryl (Tara) Pacek, Justin (Rustann) Yeo, John (Sandra) Yeo, Myles Yeo, Kathy (Angel) Dagenais, Cindy (Johnny) Sousa, Scott (Veronica) McRae, and Megan (Dylan) McRae. He will also be remembered by all his great nieces and nephews. Ken will be dearly missed but not forgotten. Each time we take to the baseball fields, step on the ice, enter a bowling alley, or play a game of cards we’ll remember him and all the memories we made having him as our teammate.

A public visitation will be held to allow friends and family to spend a few last moments with Ken at Pine Hills Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Road, Scarborough, ON M1K1R1 on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022 at 1pm with a funeral service beginning at 2pm. Friends and family are also invited to the reception service afterword at the Tara Inn, on 2365 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1N 1V1.
