‘Look homeward Angel now’ - John Milton, Lycidas

It is with heavy heart we announce the passing of Kathryn Margaret Ruth Clark. Better known as Kathy, was born in Toronto where she continued to live a fulfilled life. Predeceased by her parents Joseph & Rose Clark, brothers Keith and Brian Clark. Devoted and loving mother to Alexandria (Jaird Dewar) & Sean Michael Michnowiec, survived by siblings Bruce (Teresa) Clark, Nancy Clark, Lloyd Clark, and nieces Karen Clark & Melissa Keil (Matt) and their children Oliver and Dashiell.

During her 25-year career at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, she proudly owned her own home in which she provided for her young family with unconditional love, support, and opportunity. Kathy took great pride and joy in hosting many family celebrations, her ability to create beautiful and delicious meals was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Kathy was determined, strong and possessed a genuinely caring heart. Her quick wit and sense of humor was unmatched; always entertaining to be around, her distinct laughter could fill the room, precious memories we will keep forever.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to John Moyer, who has been a close friend and confidant to Kathy for the past 5 years and remains a valued friend to the family.

In lieu of flowers, we please ask you to consider making a donation in Kathy’s name to Women’s College Hospital, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health or Heart & Stroke Foundation.

Join us in celebrating her life by signing the online guestbook and if you have any pictures of Kathy, please share. Thank you.
