Peacefully at Trillium Health Partners- Credit Valley Site on Sunday February 4, 2018 just shy of her 83rd birthday. Beloved wife of Fred Zammit and the late Bernard Fraser. Loving mother of Mona (Steve), Carolin (Erik) and the late Nancy and John Alan. She will be lovingly remembered by her brothers and sisters and by her six grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 1535 South Gateway Road, Mississauga (2 lights south of Eglinton) on Saturday February 17th at 5 pm. Visitation one hour prior. In memory of Kathleen, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

My deepest condolences on recent passing of aunt Kay , and sister in law , treasure your memory's of her and keep them close to your heart , as we will also , Sorry we will be unable to attend , the memorial. Service , but we will be thinking of you all , Childhood memory's of her , the special Aunt , loving Mother, loving wife she was, Her faith , instilled her to raise her family , with out exception , Fred , we personally want to ThankYou. For coming in to Kay life , making her happy , and being very attentive to her needs , Mona and Carolin , words can't express how your feeling. This IS a phenomenal woman that will be greatly missed. She is a one of a kind person with a heart of gold. I will miss our conversations, her 'sayings', her tears of sadness and her tears of laughter. Her greetings, as I came over for tea and a chat. Feisty and soothing - whatever the situation demanded of her. Never judged and called it as it is. Beautiful spirit. Saw the good in everyone. No matter who you are.

A phenomenal woman indeed. Watching us now from above. Fly high Kay. Fly high.
