In memory of

Junli Wang 王俊丽女士

February 4, 1976 -  January 7, 2026

Junli Wang passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026, after a year long battle against cancer.

Growing up in a small mountain village in China, she always had dreams of becoming a doctor - a dream she made come true when she graduated from Tianjin Medical University with a degree in Clinical Medicine.

After immigrating to Canada, she kept working hard. She earned her Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) qualification, and spent about 20 years working in long-term care homes in Toronto, Ottawa and Mississauga. There, she cared for elderly residents with patience and dignity. She was deeply loved and respected by residents, their families, and her colleagues. Her gentle nature, her tireless work ethic, and her willingness to help whenever someone was in need.

A loving mother, a warm and caring friend. Even in her final days, she only wished that those around her would stay strong and take care of themselves. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
