In memory of

Judith Santos Liam

November 10, 1961 -  November 29, 2022

Judith Liam, 61 years old, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on November 29th, 2022 in Scarborough, Ontario.

Judith Liam was born on November 10, 1961, in the Philippines. She came to Canada in 1988 to work as a Caregiver and she then worked for Woolco and Walmart in various Management positions for 29 years. She was very diligent in her work and liked to mentor her younger co- workers to improve their performance; her co workers enjoyed working for her. In her spare time, Judith enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening with her sister and parents. She always shared the bountiful harvests with her colleagues, relatives and friends. She liked to watch Home Improvement programs, Gospel Worship Music, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. Judith has a very cheerful and vivacious personality. In family gatherings, she liked to crack jokes and do imitations of comedians which made us laugh so much.

The most precious thing in her life is God, her family, relatives and friends. Her dream was to reunite her whole family in Canada. Now her extended family includes three nephews, three nieces, one grand niece and two grand nephews. Judith is survived by her parents, Eduardo Liam Sr. and Erlinda Liam (nee Santos); her brother and spouse, Joshua Liam, Maria Theresa Liam and their daughter, Liezell Mae, husband Imran and their three children, Liyana Mae, Ilyaas and Ijaaz; son Joshua James and wife Vanessa; sons Rheyn and Rhyz; her sister and spouse, Cecile Liam and Cary Wong; brother Nixon Liam and wife Nenita Liam and their children, Nicole Joy and Abbigail Grace; her brother Eduardo Liam Jr.

She was preceded in death by her younger brother Loren Liam.

Now our beloved Judith is with the Lord and her younger brother Loren.

Psalm 23:6

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Judith - you are a beautiful person, a beautiful soul, a loving daughter, sister, aunt and a friend. You will be sorely missed. What a privilege to have known you. You are a pillar of strength and courage. You've dedicated your whole life to your family and loved ones. You've worked so hard to make certain that your whole family are taken care of and the young ones have a bright future. You've set the bar too high. Rest in peace in the presence of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

To Mr. and Mrs. Liam, Jo and Tess, Cecile and Cary, Mar and Nita, Jun, nieces and nephews - our heartfelt sympathy to all of you, may our God bless you with peace and strength and comfort your sorrows on Judith's passing.
