It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Joy Marian Harle at the young age of 58 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Much loved and cherished by her devoted daughter Amy, mother Audrey and father Robert. She will be remembered for her love for life, her family, and her home.

My deepest sympathies to her family. Joy's inner strength always showed through. I have great respect and admiration for her positive attitude and pleasantness even through the roughest of times. It was an honor to have known and worked with her.

I learned a lot from Joy over the past 3 years we worked closely together. She knew government protocol like the back of her hand, she enthusiastically contributed her knowledge and she was willing to learn new initiatives. Most of all, over the past year, I've been inspired by her positive attitude, courage and the way she always held her head high. Thank you Joy! My deepest condolences to Audrey and Amy. We will miss her too.
