He was father to Roxann Wozniak and Tabatha Lavine. Loving Papa to Sarah and Samantha Wozniak and Ty and Reid Lavine. Loving brother to William Mugford of Oshawa, Gertrude Mugford of St. John's Newfoundland and the late Howard Mugford. He will be interred on Apr. 27, 2019 at 2:00 p.,m. at Thornton Cemetery.
