Joe was a gentleman and great technician. I met Joe in 1986 when I transferred to YYZ in 1986. Ironically I was just recently viewing some pictures of Joe and other co-workers back in the CPA days. My sincerest condolences to all of his family and friends.

Mrs. Lee, my heart goes out to you and your family in your time of sorrow.
Even though Joseph and I only saw each other on a few family occasions, I found him to be, a kind, gentle, and compassionate man, and was sad to hear of his passing. Rest In Peace Joe.
