We are so sorry for the loss of our good friend, neighbour and an incredible man. We feel blessed to have known Russ for so many years and will always remember him fondly. What a gentleman. We think of him and Sally every time we look at their Dahlia’s which are now a part of our garden at the cottage. May he Rest In Peace now that he is reunited with his beloved Sally. With love and condolences Buzz & Lori

I count myself among the fortunate to have considered Russ a friend, all but for a few short years. His imprint will be indelible and my heart deeply misses him.

"A measure of a man is not determined
by his show of outward strength
Or the thunder of his actions
Or of his intellect or academic abilities

It is seen rather in terms of the love that he has
For his family and for everyone
The strength of his commitments
The genuineness of his friendships
The sincerity of his purpose
The quiet courage of his convictions

The fun, laughter,
joy and happiness he gives to his
family and to others

His love of life
His patience and his honesty
And his contentment with what he has" - Grady Poulard
