The body of Joe has reached it’s destination on earth.
Now, for us left behind, we are tasked to grieve our loss and take comfort in knowing of the times Joe has shared with us, those memories will last us our life times.

Buckhorn Lake,
back in the early 60’s, we were visiting Joe and family at his cottage. He had a nice power boat suitable for waterskiing. Joe generously offered to give us a turn at skiing.
Eventually I had my turn, but to no avail, I would manage to get myself pulled under the water several times and when I did get up then I could not stay up. Ended up giving after I got too exhausted. That was my one and only attempt at water skiing.
Who ever reads this can have a good laugh at my expense.
