Jose Maria Yu passed away on June 15th, 2019 in Markham Stouffville Hospital. He was truly a trooper who left on his own peacefully. He is survived by his loving wife, Siu Leng Vong, his children Isabel, Artur, Fernando, Rosa, his son-in-law Ben, his daughter-in-law Josephine, his daughter-in-law Candy, his grandchildren, Louisa, Stanley, Vanda, Diana, Anita, his grandson-in-law Teren, his granddaughter-in-law Sharon, his great-grandchildren Hayden, Derek.

He was born on July 12th, 1928 in Macau, China to a family of 15 as a 7th kid.
On April 15th, 1992, he immigrated to Canada along with his wife and daughter Rosa.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Our family would like to give a special Thanks to the Palliative Care Unit Staffs at Markham Stouffville Hospital, Central LHIN, and SRT Support Staff for the loving compassion and support provided to Jose during his final months.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes in his memory will be made to Markham Stouffville Hospital.

Where: Elgin Mills Cemetery
When: Saturday, June 22nd, 2019
Visitation will be at 1300 to 1400.
Funeral service will be at 1400 to 1500

他於1928年7月12日出生在中國澳門。 他共有15個兄弟姊妹，他排行第七，稱他為
"七哥"。他1992年4月15日與妻子和女兒燕芬一起移居加拿大。

家人們特別感謝位於Central LHIN, Markham Stouffville醫院的善終服務部工作人員和SRT支援人員在最後幾個月給予少海的愛心和支援。

收到的帛金，家人會捐贈給Markham Stouffville醫院。

告別儀式於2019年6月22日在Elgin Mills Cemetery舉行，辦事時間為1300至1500。
