Peacefully on June 5, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Voula. Cherished father of Helen (Mike Perrella), Cindy (Harry Colomvakos) and Nikki. Loving grandfather of Alexander. Family and friends will be received at Pine Hills Visitation, Chapel and Reception Centre (625 Birchmount Rd., north of St. Clair Ave. E., Scarborough, 416-267-8229) on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 from 4-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Greek Orthodox Church (1385 Warden Ave., Scarborough) at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, June 9, 2016. Followed by burial at Pine Hills Cemetery.

I've know john for the better part of 30 years, and he last worked with me last year downtown.
Wish he was still there beside me doing the job that has done for over 40 years, on sunday upon finding out of his passing, I worked with a really heavy heart.
I will see you tomorrow to see you off to heaven where you belong.
