John had a big heart. In our time of need as neighbours he took us into his home for several weeks during our house fire. This brought us even closer together. We got to know his parents as well. He was like family.
Whenever he needed something, he'd coming knocking on our door, "hey Joe you have a couple of beers I can borrow?". He'd go fishing and share his catch with us which we would BBQ and in turn share back with him. Wonderful and as well as sad times that we shared. We will miss you "Johnny" as we called you. 😢
John was not just our neighbour, but a wonderful friend more like family. We got to know his dad, mom and him when they became our neighbours. He always had a smile and greeting us with kind words. Occasionally, he'd coming knocking on our door, hey Joe I have unexpected visitors you have a couple of beers I can borrow? I'll pay you back he'd say. He had a big heart also. In our most time of need when a fire broke out in our home he took us into his place while our home was repaired. We can never have thanked him enough for his generosity. He was a great guy with always a smile. He'd spend hours on end shinning his boat on the driveway. We will miss you 'Johnny" as we called you, rest in peace my friend. Jose, Tina and family.
He was 1 of a kind,I will truly miss him and his humorous approach in life...way too early 😢
God bless his soul
A beautiful soul - lost to early
