It is with the greatest of sorrow and broken hearts, we announce the passing of John Landry on May 10th, 2024 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre after his long and courageous battle with health issues. John was surrounded by his wife of 65 years, Juliette (Julie), son Michael and daughter Lorraine, as he made his transition to be with God.

John will be dearly missed by his daughter-in-law Shirley Sanderson (who spent many hours by his bedside reading to him); his grandchildren John, David and Kayla; and his great-grandchildren Issabella, Addison, Wyatt, Ben, Quinn, Grace, Carter, Sloan, and Chase.

John was a 40+ year member of Sheet Metal Workers Union, Local 30 and the Knights of Columbus. John spent countless hours being of service to his community through various charitable organizations.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Peterborough Regional Health Centre for the exemplary care they provided and for ensuring that John was treated with the respect and dignity he deserved.
