My deepest condolences to John's loved ones, family and friends. May you find peace, comfort and all the love you need in the days to come.
Our condolences from the Martino family.
I met John when I was 16 at a New Year’s party in the Beaches at Lynda’s family home. I remember him as a friendly young man who took the time to talk with me and make me welcome as I didn’t know too many people there. Many years later at a Christmas get together of friends from the east end I met up with John again. He was still the gentle and smiling soul I remembered all those years ago. So sorry to hear of the loss of such a fine man. Sandy(Bickerdike) Alexander.
Over the years, as cousins, we spent many happy times with John, or as we affectionately called him "Johnny." We have so many wonderful memories of sharing in John's great sense of humour, and his sincere and caring ways. He will be missed.
Our deepest sympathy and condolences to the family. John was such a kindhearted neighbour with the best manicured lawn! We will miss his warm smile and quiet presence. Our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
