It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of John Allan (Al) Ringler.

On Saturday, October 26, 2019, Al passed away peacefully at Kensington Hospice after a short but courageous battle with cancer.

Beloved husband of Debbie Ringler (nee Hawke). Loving father and father-in-law of Alanna and David Banks. Cherished Papa of Ethan and Liam Banks. Dear brother and brother-in-law of David and Fran Ringler and uncle of the late Melissa Ringler, Warren and Catherine Ringler, and Stuart and Josephine Ringler. Al will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Al’s life at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Rd (east gate entrance) Toronto, ON on Saturday, November 9, 2019, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

The family would like to thank the staff at Kensington Hospice and St. Elizabeth Health Care for their care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations in Al’s memory may be made to Kensington Hospice, Toronto, ON https://www.kensingtonhealth.org/foundation/ways-give/giving-honour.
