Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Gardens Long Term Care Home on January 7, 2023 at 92 years of age. Beloved husband of Helga for 62 wonderful years. Loving Papa of Angela (late Michael) and Helen (Mark). Proud Opa of David, Kristen (Jordan) and Katie (Simon). Born in Yugoslavia to parents Anton and Eva (deceased). Brother to Katharina (deceased). Johann immigrated to Canada in the early 1950’s to seek adventure and a better life. He worked for Inco Mines in Sudbury and then for General Motors in Oshawa for over 39 years. Longtime member of Club Loreley. Private family service has taken place. Those we love are never gone for they live in our hearts forever.
