Born August 23, 1941, peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Harold (Bob). Loving mother to Lisa (Reza) and Jamie (Brenda). Proud and devoted Nana to Hope, Ryan, Reece and Rio. Loved sister to the late Gary, and Steffi; and aunt of Katerine and William. Dear daughter of the late Ethel and William Nathan. Cherished by her dear friends, Joyce, Bob, Betty, Shelley, George and many others.

Joan will be missed terribly by her loyal cockatoo, Simon, of 35 years. She will be forever remembered for her warmth, kindness and devotion to her church and family. May her beautiful soul rest in Heaven and remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be from 10-11a.m. and Service will directly follow at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 21st, at St. Dunstan of
Canterbury Church, 56 Lawson Rd., Toronto.
