BUTTON, Joan Frances Jean
Passed away peacefully, with her loving family by her side, at Extendicare Oshawa on June 12, 2018 in her 87th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Donald(2005). Loving mother of Debra(Bob), Peter(Bernadette), late Donald Timothy, David(Karna) late baby Joanne and Laurie(Paul). Adored grandma of 12 and great-grandmother of 14. Joan was the only child of Don and Mildred Alexander. She will be forever remembered for her great sense of humour. A Celebration of Joan’s life will take place at Branch 43 Royal Canadian Legion(471 Simcoe St S, Oshawa, ON L1H 4J7) on Monday, June 18 from 4-7 pm. The Button family wish to extend their gratitude to the caring and compassionate staff of Lakeridge Health Bowmanville and Extendicare Oshawa for professionalism shown to Joan and her family-words cannot express.
