It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Joan Barbara Coon on December 17th 2017 at Cawthra Gardens in Mississauga, at the age of 86. Joan was the beloved wife of Stanley George Coon.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter Susan and her family (late husband Norm, son Michael (Robin and their son Jackson), daughter Lindsay), her daughter Cindy (Chevy and their daughter Nicole), her daughter Gail (son Braden and his father Scott) and her son Gregory (Julie and their daughter Christine (Chris and their daughter Cali), their son Justin (Stephanie and their daughter Lilian).

Predeceased by her brother Donnie and survived by her sister Lorraine.

Forever in our Hearts.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada in honour of Joan would be appreciated by the family.

A special thank you to the angels at Cawthra Gardens who cared for Joan and made her part of their family.
