In memory of

Jerry Peter Jazienicki

February 22, 1964 -  October 1, 2023

Jerry Jazienicki passed away on October 1, 2023 at the age of 59 in the town of Milton, Ontario. He persevered through several types of cancer, including metastatic brain cancer. Despite the impact on his life, he remained jubilant, humorous, and optimistic until the very end.

Jerry had great love for unique trinkets, comedy films, documentaries, cooking, animals (especially his dog, Dozer), and the mysteries of the universe. Moving out to Milton from Toronto was one of the best decisions he said he ever made, leaving behind “hustle and bustle” culture for a quieter, simpler life in the small town.

The closest person to him in his life was his daughter Amy, with whom he often had long and engaging conversations, cultivated a strong emotional bond, consistently laughed, and shared a strong sense of mutual support. He always considered being a father his “greatest accomplishment” in this life.

Jerry embodied a sense of individualism, compassion, and honesty that will be sincerely missed.
