In memory of

Jeremy Wallace Gauvin Phillips

July 28, 1975 -  November 20, 2017

It is with profound sadness Jeremy passed away unexpectedly in his new home. Jeremy was a loving father leaving behind his son Benjamin. Jeremy was loved by many. His willingness to offer help to anyone in need will be missed. He will be always and forever missed and loved by everyone , including his mother Susan and siblings, nieces and nephews and many friends. Rest in peace Jeremy , your legacy lives on in your son, and to all who loved you.

Jeremy was a playful child with a winning smile. He could tell a good storey and if there was trouble to be found he was one of the first to locate it. He had winning ways and was always a bigger than life presence. He fought his demons for years and did not have an easy time during his too short life. He was clean for the last 10 years and that was an amazing feat. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Rest In Paradise Jeremy. I can't believe you are gone. My heart is broken. I've known you for a very long time I thing we were around 13 or 15 when we meet. We use to talk every night for hours. You went away a few times but we always stayed in touch. I'm glad you were in my life. ❤❤❤ love you buddy. My deepest condolences to your son Ben and to your family. Love and miss you always

I was happy in the past couple of years that you got to meet your nephews and spend some time with them. Unfortunately for reasons unknown life can change in a blink of an eye and you were taken way to soon, we may never understand why, but we can take comfort in knowing that you are at peace! You definitely will be missed Buddy, until we meet again!
