Passed away suddenly at Trillium Health Partners- Credit Valley Hospital on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the age of 38. Loving husband of Maria Landrito. Devoted dad of Alexander Tarr and Mya Tarr. Cherished son of Cherylee and Barry Tarr. Loving brother of Jennifer Tarr, Jessica Noble, and Jason Tarr. Jeremy will be fondly remembered by his many extended family and friends.
