Friends may call at St. John's Greek Orthodox Church, 1385 Warden Ave., Scarborough, ON M1R 2S3 on Thursday, January 19, 2023 for a visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. A funeral mass will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Working at Mr. Sub was one of the first jobs I had. Jenny taught me to have a strong work ethic. She was passionate about her business and loved her customers and employees. She will always be remembered by all who worked along side her, her friends and family.

Dear Arthur and family,
We were so shocked to hear of Jenny’s passing. Our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. We will remember Jenny fondly. She was always so wonderful to our family at Mr Sub and mostly to my father who so enjoyed his veggie sub ( he mostly enjoyed spending the time he spent talking with you and Jenny). I will miss running into Jenny at Metro and having our catch up conversations and will always be thankful for the many times she cooked and brought food to my father when he was ill. She thought of others and was always willing to help. May she rest in peace. She will be missed.

You were there for me since the moment I met you. You treated me as your own since day one. I never thought I would have to say goodbye to you. You always gave me the best advice, the best laughs, and the best shit whenever I needed it. You were my first real "boss" and you taught me how to be a boss. You always showed me love no matter what the situation was. You showed me how to start my business that I continue today. We spent so many days together not only just working at Mr.Sub but shopping, spending time at your house with your grand children, baking Easter cookies all day long for Greekster, Going to the farmer's market, showing me greek recipes, teaching you how to "do facebook" lol I could go on forever. You taught me so much that I will never forget and I am so lucky to have had you as such a big part of my life. We were two peas in a pod most days at work and I will always think of you calling out "My girl". I will always be your Koukla. 😘 Love you forever Jenny. You will always have the biggest piece of my heart Rest in Peace Daaahling 💕
