We were Jennie’s neighbour for over 30 years. She has been witness and shared the joy of so many of our life events over the years. Her genuine care and interest in our family and in our children’s lives has been consistent over all of those years and, with only a wall separating us, she and Anne are more like family than just neighbours. I will miss our chats in the yards while gardening. Jennie truly loved this neighbourhood and our street and the people who live here and shared her appreciation for us regularly. Jennie never took the joys in life for granted. We will genuinely miss her smile and her cheerful manner, her care and concern and friendship.

I cared for Jen so much. She and her family always opened their door to me and always made me feel welcome, even to hosting the rehearsal party for our wedding . We called our middle daughter Jennifer. Jen always kept in touch via phone calls and she made sure to get our birthday calls done as well. Rest in peace Jen you loved and were Loved by manyl
