In memory of

Jason Stephen Basios

July 31, 1979 -  October 19, 2018

Jason Stephen Basios suffered a stroke in the early hours on Wednesday October 17th and subsequently passed away on Friday October 19th, 2018 @ 1:40PM surrounded by his family and close friends.

He is survived by his partner Melanie Moore. Parents Konstantinos Basios (Gus Sr.), & Eva Basios. As well as his 3 Brothers - Gus Jr Basios, Rob Basios & Mark Basios.

Jason was dedicated to his work and loved being outdoors to enjoy camping, fishing, boating, shooting and snowmobiling to name a few.... Jason will always be remembered for his sense of humor, quick wit and intelligence. People who knew him well know that he was kind hearted and willing to drop everything to help family and friends. Jason had an amazing ability to learn new things. He has always been the go to guy for any issues. Technology, plumbing, electrical, cooking, or anything for that matter he knew how to fix or work with anything and if he didn’t know how to do it - give him 24 hours and he would be the expert.

Jason’s situation was very sudden and we urge all to see your family doctors yearly to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
