It is with profound sadness that the family announces the sudden and unexpected passing of Jason in Whitby at the age of 42. Beloved son of Victoria and Clive. Dear brother of Cheryl. Dear nephew of Susan, Jim (Katie), Pat and the late Jack. Dear grandson of Joe and Jean and predeceased by Bob and Lucy.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CAMH – The Centre of Addiction and Mental Health.
