The Miketich and Pal families are saddened to announce the loss of Jasmin, who passed away peacefully on February 13, 2022 in her 89th year. Beloved wife to Miro for 56 wonderful years, proud mother to Tania and mother in law to David snd adored Baki to Gabriella and Aleksandar. Jasmin will also be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews, close family and beautiful friends.

Jasmin was born in Slavonski Brod, Croatia, graduating from Law School in Zagreb. After immigrating to Canada in 1963, she met her husband Miro and married on June 25th, 1966 in Toronto. She worked for the Ministry of Revenue for 25 years, volunteered at her church and was an avid lover of life and laughs. Always ready to joke and have a good time. She will fondly be remembered for Her “joie de vivre”.

She was happiest surrounded by her family, especially her grandchildren Gabriella and Aleksandar,
watching Disney movies and making crepes.

Jasmin will be sorely missed by her only daughter Tania. Theirs was an exceptionally and close relationship.

A Private Family Visitation and Funeral Service will be held at York Funeral Centre in Jasmin's memory.
