Passed away at home on May 28, 2018 at the age of 58. Loving daughter of Herman and Hendrika Sjouwerman. Beloved sister of Frank, John, Robert, Mike and late Peter. Adored aunt of Shannon and Jessica and will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will take place at THORNTON FUNERAL CENTRE(1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa 905 576-6787) on Monday, June 4, 2018 from 11am until time of Memorial Service in the Great Hall at 1 pm. Memorial donations will be gratefully accepted for Lakeridge Health Foundation-Psychiatric Care. As per family’s request, friends are invited to wear summer or casual attire.

Janet will be missed so much. I honestly cant beleave this is even going on i miss her like crazy already. i talked to her everyday. I have so many unanswered questions i just dont understand I'm just so lost.. Im sorry for everyones loss An please to the family if anything is needed please let me know i love janet so much an would do anything for her! I'm honestly so lost without her
