Peacefully passed on December 28 / 2024 at Lakeridge Health Center in Oshawa at age 86. Loving widow of Romke ( Ron ) Stel who passed on November 20 / 2000. Cherished Mother of Clarence ( 1960-2002 ), Harry and Robert. Loving Grandmother ( Oma ) of Ronnie, Ryan, Joey, Madison, Dylan, Janie and Mackenzie. Great-Grandmother to Reya, Keira and Dominic. Loved sister of her surviving brother, Ben and Nick ( deceased ).

She will be dearly missed by all of her family, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends that she had. Her greatest joy was being at the cottage at Orr Lake spending time with her family and friends.

Family and friends will be received at Elgin Mills Funeral Center ( 1591 Elgin Mills Rd, East, Richmond Hill, ON, L45 1M9, 905 737 1720 , just west of Hwy 404 on Elgin Mills Rd. East ) on Sunday January 5, 2025. Visitation will be from 1 PM to 2 PM, Remembrance Service from 2 PM to 3 PM, Reception from 3 PM to 5 PM.
