In memory of
James (Jamie) Kenneth Judge
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James (Jamie) Kenneth Judge, in his 69th year. Known affectionately as “Big” Jamie to his family, he was a man of many talents and interests. He led a life that reflected both his passions and his quiet nature.
As a young man, Jamie was an athlete, playing hockey and running track. His love for speed and adventure carried on into his early adulthood with his passion for riding motorbikes.
Music was another important part of his life - he wrote songs and poetry, and played several instruments, sharing his creative spirit with those closest to him. Jamie had an incredible gift for storytelling, always making those around him laugh with his perfectly-timed punchlines and captivating tales.
Though he lived life in his own quiet way, Jamie touched the lives of many. He will be remembered for his warmth, creativity, sense of humour, and his ability to make exceptional Kraft Dinner.
He leaves behind his beloved daughter, “Little” Jaimie Eastabrook (Nick Eastabrook); his siblings, Janet Shaw (Ralph Shaw), John Judge (Jo-Anne Judge), Joanne Scharbach (Roger Scharbach) and Joyce Judge (Walter Alvarez); and his many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date, details to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
