In memory of

James (Jim) Morrison Kellock

April 21, 1958 -  October 22, 2021

It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Jim (Jimmy) Kellock on Friday, October 22, 2021 after a lengthy battle with cancer. His fight was courageous to the bitter end.

A loving and caring husband to his wife Lynn. Survived by his parents Jim and Mary; brother Stewart and Shelly (sister in law); sister Lynn and husband Don McCormick and nephews Bradley and Scott.

Jim was of Scottish heritage, but was raised in the Toronto area. He was a loyal friend and would always be there to give a helping hand. He loved to travel and was full of adventure. He was an avid fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Dallas Cowboys.

He had an abundance of close friends, and as a retired Corrections Officer of 30+ years many of his colleagues became very close friends as well. Many of whom were always there to support and help when needed throughout his illness.

Jim is now at peace and will forever be with us in our hearts.

There will be a Cremation Memorial Service held at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre - Mississauga on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, attendance is limited to 23 people and mask is mandatory. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Research Foundation.

My deepest condolences to Lynn and Jim's entire family and friends. Jim and I have known each other for over 30 years. We kept in touch over so many years and his friendship meant alot to me. I am so very sad that Jim has passed but I do take a little comfort knowing he is no longer suffering.
Much love

Jimmy. May you find some peace and get some rest. I worked with you in the 80s and intermittently saw you over the years. You were passionate in your beliefs and a solid partner. God speed.

Jimmy. My pleasure to work with you at twdc in the 80s and 90s. You were very passionate in your beliefs and a solid partner. We had a lot of laughs and some serious situations that we got through because you were a team member. May your family find solice in the fact that you were a friend to many and a great guy. God speed.
