James Edward Treacher, born November 7th 1982, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in Meadowvale on Monday, January 9th, 2023, at the young age of 40.
Loved only son of John and Denise (deceased) Treacher and loved forever brother of Christa Hastings and Patricia Treacher. Loved uncle of Paisley and Jody. He leaves behind many uncles , aunties, cousins, and friends. In Heaven to greet him with open arms were his mom, his cousins Tommy Hastings (2006) Luke Hastings (2021) his Uncle Ron (2009) his grandparents Jim & Renee Hastings, & Douglas & Joyce Treacher.

James was a fun-loving guy. He was a real character who loved his family and his friends, especially his cat Wesley, who will miss him terribly. He loved so big. He always wore his heart on his sleeve. An old soul, he believed in chivalry, and he would hold a door for a woman, always respectful and would help anyone who needed it. He loved all genres of music. A big teddy bear who gave the best hugs and always said, "I love ya," AND HE MEANT IT. His great love was the Toronto Maple Leafs !!! We will miss you, James. Til we are together again!!
