It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jack Jung Duck Tom 譚宗得先生, on March 2 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Jack was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend to all who knew him. Jack lived a life full of compassion & dedication; and was the family’s cornerstone − always ready to offer support & guidance.

As we say goodbye to Jack, we are reminded of the impact he had on our lives. His legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will continue to live on through his family and to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A celebration of Jack’s life will be held on Thursday March 21 at York Funeral Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to North York General Hospital Foundation.

Jack’s departure leaves a void that can never be filled, but his spirit and the memories we shared will forever remain in our hearts.
